September Stats!

In September, our Hillgrove West Cobb neighborhoods had 60 Listings Closed and the Average Sales Price went from $379,000 in August to $401,414 in September. Average Days on the market was 52, which is right around the average for Georgia.

Currently, as of today, Oct 1st, our neighborhood has 134 Active Listings, and 79 Pending or Under Contract. If you have specific stats you'd like to know, please email me.

As was the case in August, Georgia's housing market continued on a positive track and steady pace in September. The recent reduction in interest rates has helped buyer confidence, as home buyers continue to make purchases later into the year!
